In today’s world of constant change, the role of marketing has moved far beyond campaigns and communications. For growth-stage companies, it’s about clarity of story, credibility with investors and stakeholders, and the ability to scale with purpose.

That’s where I come in. I work with founders, boards, and leadership teams at critical inflection points, whether raising capital, repositioning a business, or moving from “one to many.” My focus is on helping organisations distill complexity into clarity, craft narratives that inspire belief, and build strategies that unlock growth.

Recognised by Global Telecoms Business as a Top 50 CMO, I’ve since spent 20+ years leading transformation across telecoms, technology, and sustainability, raising over $300m and guiding companies through mergers, pivots, and scale-ups.

More recently, my work has explored how purpose, sustainability, and intelligent use of AI can create not only stronger brands but also better businesses.

Today, I focus my portfolio career on advisory and NED roles, fractional CMO engagements, and facilitating leadership teams through transformation. My approach is always people-first, practical, and grounded in the belief that doing the right thing is the foundation of lasting success.

Away from work, I live in London with my wife and two children and I keep meaning to dust off the skis, football boots, and golf clubs in my cellar. I was also recently commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel, an honorary recognition from my friends in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and a reminder that good conversations sometimes start in unexpected places.
